Smart List in Run Time Prompt

Hi,

I want to make a business that should show RTP when executed. In RTP it should show a smart list. Based on selection of value in RTP, there will be a condition in business rule.

How would I have that RTP (having smart list)?

Oracle does that in standard workforce planning but the scripting is too complex to understand for me.
