Smart filter in IR report / Classic report able to download excel option Oracle Apex 23.1.0

Hi Team,

I am using Oracle apex 23.1.0

Oracle DB 19C

ORDS 22.1

Linux Server

I have Client requirement to use the Smart filter in IR Reports. If I can create smart filter with classic report, but the problem is I can't download the EXCEL report.

In my application I have two languages like Arabic and English user can switch the languages at the time CSV report have some issue to download with Arabic character.

So we decided to use IR report with excel option but now problem is they want smart filter option how to achieve the requirement

Arabic character need to download properly with English and Arabic language using the smart filter option

Which report i need to create ?

Please suggest best solution
