Smart card reader thru JavaScript ext

I have smart card for civil information(Manufacture Gemalto) ,how can read the data(like name,number,expire date) in apex page item?
when insert card to card reader at client PC system>device manager then it shows "This device is working properly."
platform : Apex 18,DB 11.2 for windows 2012
