Slow Oracle VM manager - log files

Hi, i have an situation that my Vm Manager are very slow. An investigation tells me that the Weblogic server has an huge load.

Seems that AdminServer handles a lot of old log files like:

This seems to have an impact regarding performance on Oracle VM.

Is there any way to clear out this logs i can get stability, robust system. ?
