** Slow data load [Oracle to Netezza]

Hello All,

This is the first time we are trying to use Netezza KM.
We are loading from Oracle source table, LKM (SQL to SQL) and IKM (IKM Netezza Control Append (OR) IKM Incremental load) to Netezza target table to load data from Oracle.

We are experiencing very slow data load process. Ex: 10K records takes ~10min to load. Is there any tuning in KM that is needed to make the data load go faster?

ODI 10.1.3.5
Oracle 10g
