SlikSVN Not Working

Hi,

I'm testing the sliksvn in OPM but it's not working. :( The respository I created is not a working directory as per the result I got when I run svn status <repository>. When I tried to add a sample project to subversion, I got 'The URL does not appear to be a valid subversion repository location.'. Do I need to install svn server to make it work? If yes, what would you recommend?

For the meantime, while svn is not yet working, we can still start with the creation of rulebase, right? Please confirm. Thanks!
