849883Apr 10 2011 — edited Apr 11 2011
Hi,

Does anyone know what is the sleep state of a oracle process mean? Does it consume memory?

e.g.

PID USERNAME SIZE RSS STATE PRI NICE TIME CPU PROCESS/NLWP
14152 oracle 14G 9268M sleep 59 0 0:00:11 0.0% oracle/1

Thanks
