SLA & Duration Mapping - CCS-OFS

Hello Team,

We are working on CCS-OFS project and was wondering what field is mapped to OFS SLA. There is some formula given in the mapping document on what is the calculation but it is not clear how SLA fields can be populated. Can you please advise how to pass SLA from CSS to OFS.

We also would like to know how duration is passed from CCS-OFS
