Skiping/Ignoring some archive logs

I am getting following errors in my alert log at source DB. I want stream to ignore or skip missing archive logs and start from next available. I want to know how can i manage this.

ORA-16055: FAL request rejected
ARCH: FAL archive failed. Archiver continuing
ORACLE Instance pcba1 - Archival Error. Archiver continuing.
Errors in file /u01/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/pcba/pcba1/trace/pcba1_arc0_9808.trc:
