Skip validation is not working in Jdeveloper 12c(12.2.1.0.0)

Hi All,

I am a newbie to ADF world,  i am working on ADF 12c version(12.2.1).  I have set Skip Validation property of page def to true to avoid front end validation.  however setting this skip validation to true doesn't sounds like working at all.

Any workaround or solution to avoid this validation error message would be really appreciated.
