Skillbuilders SuperLOV 3.0 with Apex 18.1

Hello,

i am trying to use the Skillbuilders SuperLOV 3.0 with Apex 18.1 and an application migrated from version 4.2 that uses a legacy theme (Topaz (Theme 4) *).

But with this theme (I tried with another legacy theme and it worked) I have problems with the buttons (Clear contents, Open dialog, Previous page, Next Page) used by this plugin.
They are displayed with the label above the icon making them unreadable.

It seems like a jquery problem .......

Any help will be appreciated.
