Skillbuilders Super LOV v3 (for Apex v5)

Hi All, I just completed an upgrade to 5.1. Now the Super LOV isn't working. When I select a value and try and save the form, it clears the field and gives me a validation error indicating that the field needs a value. I cannot see that anyone else has had this error?
