I need some help with SkillBuilders Modal Plug-in.

I had no problem installing it. But I am having a problem achieving the required results. I would like to show the "instruction" modal only when the user goes to the page the first time. It is displaying each time the page appears.

I set the Dynamic Action as follows:

Identification: Name: Show Instrucitons, Sequence 10
When:          Event: Page Load; Condition: No condition
