Skill Builder Modal popup Horizontal scroll Bar

Hi all,
Is it possible to add scrollbar in Modal page?
I have tabular column in my page,and page template is 'popup' .When i click date field in the tabular form ,Horizontal scroll bar gets disappeared,i cant able to see the remaining fields in the form.I just tried with all other templates also.Nothing Work out.
This problem occurs only in IE8.
apex 4.0.2

Please anyone suggest some idea to resolve this issue.I have created a demo application in the below link,
