size of access_log and error in file error_log

1) We have observed that OEM logfile access_log increases at a fast pace and reaches 2 GB in few weeks time. I see lot of heartbeat messages in this file. Can we suppress this or its an essential logging which is happening ?
full path --- <OMS_HOME> /Apache/Apache/logs/access_log

2) In same path we have a error_log file. I see below error continously in this file.Can anybody help ?
