Sip + IVR

Hello,
I need to write a simple SIP server with some IVR abilities, I know well both areas but not in Java :)
I'll be happy to some advice where to start with these issues.
Is there a good libraries or stacks that can be used? solutions that can be a starting point (not only open source or free) and any other useful information
