Single users getting Dimension must defined once error in Smartview

I have a user that is refreshing a Smartview sheet in Excel "Formula Driven" when they refresh they get a message - Error in Grid XML each dimension must be used once and only once - and per the connection info at the bottom of the worksheet prior to the refresh thay are not in adhoc but after they refresh they appear to be in adhoc.

Multisheet Excel workbook but only 1 sheet has HSGETValue

Same user can log in another PC and open same sheet and it works fine. HFM 9.2, SmartView 9.2, Office 2003,
