Single Oracle Instance on 2 node AIX 6.1 HACMP cluster

Hi,

Can anyone please guide the steps of installing a single instance oracle db (11.2.0.3) on a 2 node AIX 6.1 HACMP cluster? We have the HACMP configured on both the aix nodes successfully with the shared disk volume group between them. I have followed the steps as below but not sure if i have followed it correctly:

-Install Oracle Software on both nodes.
-Synchronised the oracle home path, listener, spfile, pfile and all necessary settings on both nodes.
-created oracle database on one node and specified physical file location, archive and backup paths on the shared VG.
-Verified dbstart and dbshut scripts manually and added them to the HACMP configuration.

Failover was working fine with the scripts until now where the listener on each node fails to come up and does not allow me to stop/start with the error "TNS-01190: The user is not authorized to execute the requested listener command"

How do I configure the client connectivity?
