Our first FOEX application that's been in Production for over 3 years, (it actually won an innovation award from an industry group), but I have a single user who only gets the spinning "loading" icon when she tries to use the app. This has me stumped.
- I can see that she gets through our custom authentication/authorization, but she only sees the Spinning .
- My logs show she's authenticated, authorized and connected
- She can get in via a virtual machine (though central IT would rather she didn't use that service)
- She's tried the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox and MS Edge, with the same results
- We are still running FOEX 4.0.1 in Production (moving to the latest in May)
- We've spent a lot of time trying to solve this with 3 different IT professionals. Thankfully the user is very patient
We found that her browser consoles shows errors, but I have no idea if that's what stopping the page from loading. I don't get any errors on my PC. I was a little surprised the errors were different between the two browsers?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
