simulate ebs connection using toad

Hi I need to simulate that 40 users are connecting at the same time into oracle ebs. I am in r12.1.3.

I am doing a test in our dev instance, so I need an easy and fast way to connect 40 users at the same time. The perspective or open 40 navegators and connect one by one is much time conusming.

do you know a way to do this using toad or sql developer?
