Simple REGEXP_SUBSTR question

lsy_nnJan 6 2014 — edited Jan 6 2014

Hi All,

And I know that should be simple

How to substr from given (double underscore delimited) string up to delimiter using regexp_substr:

'DocumentName:KC51351 - Employee Letter of Consent (code 407)__DocumentOwner:Georgio Vuolde__DocumentExpireDate:1/1/2015 120000 AM'

I 'm looking for everything between  'DocumentOwner:' and  '__' (double underscore)

'Georgio Vuolde' in this case.

Please note there are could be single underscores in the given field.

Thanks a lot for your help,

LSY.
