Simple program to generate, encrypt, decrypt a license key

Hello,

I am new to cryptography, Can anyone pl. guide me ? I have browsed thro' lots of sites which give high funds of generating, encrypting and decrypting (inclusive of buncycastle). I just want some small programs to generate a license key based on 3 parameters. Next encrypt and decrypt it. I wanted to know if i can get the code some where not very huge code (it is tough to understand). I would be very thankful if someone helps me out.
