Simple MDM - Integration link

Oracle has MDM with C2M. But some utilities, have other MDM systems that hold interval data.

It would be nice-to-have if there could be a link that we can configure, that's available on a bill / bill segment page (for example)- that can dynamically pass (e.g. Account, Meter, SP, bill period) - calling API
