similar windows command for ps -ef | grep pmon

Hi All,

The linux command " ps -ef |grep pmon " shows running database instances under linux,

1. Please let me know similar command in windows

2. This command only list the instances that are up and running, please let me know how do i see all the instances residing on server including offline and online instances (in linux and windows)
