Silent Install give me Exit Code -3! I'm using Response File (iss)

Hi!

i'm trying to do a silent installation of oracle database express 11.

I'm using simple command line:

setup.exe /s /f1"LocationResponseFile(iss)

I use the "original" response file (was in the zip folder with the setup.exe), i changed just SysPassword.

The silent install doesn't work.. It give me the exit code -3! I searched but that code in oracle docs does not exist..

please give me help if is possible
