SigPlus Pro electronic signature captured into database

Has anyone ever have experience capturing signature image into database BLOB? I know a company called Topaz Systems that provides implementation in java applet, activeX, or even javascript. However, there is not much detailed documentation about how to integrate those with Oracle APEX. Does anyone know that?
