Signing 3rd Party jars like log4j

Hello All,

We are having an JWS application in which we are using 3rd party jars like log4j, reportcat, serialio. The problem here is they are not signed. I tried to specify these unsigned jars in a component-descriptor but it didn't work and Java web start gave an exception. I went through lot of posts on this topic and found different answers on this issue.

It would be great if any one can help me regarding this issue.
