Signer information does not match signer information

I am trying to load a Bean into Forms 6.0 (Forms [32 Bit] Version 6.0.8.11.3 (Production))

I get the following after adding f60all.jar to the CLASSPATH -

Exception occurred: java.lang.SecurityException: class "oracle.ewt.lwAWT.LWComponent"'s signer information does not match signer information of other classes in the same package.

Anyone got any ideas ? I would have thought the package would have been consistently signed ?
