Signed jar run very slowly

Hi,

when I execute a signed jar, it is very slowly with an amount of memory about 2 GB. The same jar not signed is very fast and with an amount of memory about 300mb. There is any option of reduce the amount of memory in execution of signed jar. I signed with plugin in pom.xml.

I use the jvm 1.8.0_144 (64 bit).
