sign_webutil.bat

Hi,

1. I am trying to sign the jar files using sign_webutil.bat in the (11gR2 Fusion Middleware environment)
I set the CLASSPATH ,PATH in the command
I use the following command c:\Oracle\Middleware\my_inst\bin\sign_webutil.bat C:\Oracle\Middleware\AS_Home1\forms\java\jacob.jar
=> gives me an Error "The syntax of the command is incorrect"

( I am having the Admin right on the Server pc ,but I am not running the command as Administrator. In My application server, OS is Windows XP ,SP-3 )

Any Suggestions. How can I sign the jar files ..
