Siebel IP17 Configuration issue

Hello,

We have Successfully installed Siebel IP17. While configuring Gateway server from Siebel console it asks for HostName/Port. We are not able to figure out what we should feed in and because of this we are unable to proceed.

Could you pls help us out and do the needful.
