We are installing Siebel 20.5 on Windows Server 2019.
While trying to deploy gateway cluster, it's giving Submit Failed error in SMC.
Could see HTTP 500 error in the localhost logs when it is trying to post to registry cluster.
In the cloudgateway.log file I can see Stringoutofboundexception: -33 coming up.
Please let me know what might be the issue or which specific logs I can more details on the reason of failure
