Siebel

I have installed siebel client and siebel tools in Win7 64bit environment.

There is no problem connecting both siebel client and tools to local db.

However, when I try to connect to server a error message prompt out "+The user ID or password that you entered is incorrect. Please check the spelling and try again.+"

And the siebel log file show:
