Shutdown abort and SCN

Is there SCN+1 from current SCN's if I says shutdown abort ? I mean, do oracle increment scn at the time of shutdown abort ? Any doc link to answer its yes/no please ? Is there any difference of this behavior in different Oracle versions ?
