Shrink/Reduce System Tablespace!

Dear all,

System Tablespace of my DB 11gR1 on Linux has increased upto 20GB. This is effecting the available disk space on this server.
Is there any way to shrink/reduce system tablespace in a way that DB doesn't get effected.

Also please is there any way to shrink other tablespace that I have created myself? When I backup database using exp command the size of data is 6 GB while in enterprise manager and the disk utilities are showing it up to 35 GB. Disk space on my system will be 100% very soon and obviously it will trouble oracle.

Please provide a solution.
