Shrink objects to reclaim space

Hi Experts,

Need your help.

I'm searching a script to find all object cadidat to shrink.

And also I need to know which is the best way to shrink objects in Production Database (Alter table move or Shrink)? And if it is possible to do this shrink in work hours
