This is related to Find out if IR report filter is set
I need to find out if, when a user loads a saved public report, whether that report has any filters defined.
I can find out whether the user has defined any filters, as per the above discussion, however, it does not seem to show anything in APEX_APPLICATION_PAGE_IR_COND if they have just loaded a saved report and not defined any of their own filters.
Any ideas?
