Showing Distinct Values in Oracle Interactive Report- APEX

Krizh Lal-OracleDec 18 2012 — edited Dec 18 2012
Hi Team,

I am not a developer but an end user of an application that has been created by our operations team. In brief, I am working with an Interactive report where i have set relevant filters and control breaks and computation to get very specific report.

Here is an example of what i am trying to do:

1. I have an interactive report with 3 columns Engagement Number, Customer Name, Oracle Product

2. Sample is folow:

Engagement Number Customer Name Oracle Product
Oracle-TM-001 ACB Company EBS
Oracle-TM-012 Westpac PSFT
Oracle-TM-003 ASB PSFT
Oracle-TM-801 BNZ JDE
Oracle-TM-021 ANZ PSFT
Oracle-TM-012 Westpac JDE
Oracle-TM-001 ACB Company JDE

When i put a computation to count distinct based on Engagement Number Column only, I get a value of *5*

Question: So what can i show these 5 rows of record with distinct engagement number

Another thing to note will be that i deal with 40+ columns so doing a group by is not possible

Any help will be very very much appreciated guy.

Thanks alot for any help or assistance you could give me.

Regards,
Krisjh
