Show success message in popup page

Hi all,

I've got a popup form which I'm using to update a table in the database by calling a procedure when the user clicks on a button. This all works fine, however, I can't get the success message to display. I've set the Process Success Message in my After Submit process (which is doing the update). I've also tried setting apex_application.g_print_success_message.

Is there a restriction on displaying the success message in popup pages?
