Show sub menu icons when navigation menu is collapsed

Hi,

APEX 19.1, DB 12c

I have an app with Side-Navigation-Menu.

When the menu is collapsed, I can see the Top-Level menu icons

How do I see all the sub-menu icons as well? Because, for the top-levels, i don't have any links, only the sub-menus have links. So, now user is forced to expand the menu to see sub-menu items.

Something similar to Azure like below
