Our team has 2 APEX applications using Universal Theme 42 1.1 and the other using 1.5
A colleague of mine uses the Show / Hide Columns Feature under Page Info on the Developer Toolbar Options
We've noticed that on Universal Theme 42 - 1.5 The Show / Hide Columns does not appear on a Modal Page coming from a Parent Page, but it does on the 1.1 version
Has Anyone run across this and is there a Fix / Solution ?

Parent Page with Show Layout Columns Selected
You Can see the White and Pink Columns of the Layout on this Parent Page
When I click on a Link that takes me to a Modal Page of the Parent Page Above the White and Pink Columns for the Show Layout Columns do not appear, but on Univeral Theme 42 1.1 the White and Pink Show Layout Columns do appear on the Modal
