Show and hide the navigation bar on scroll in apex 18.2

I would like to know how to hide the top navigation bar after we scroll down the page little(say more than 50%) and keep the tab(mentioned below) as the top layer. Something like mentioned in this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a2Kp4bSDCwI . Is there any inbuilt option available in apex or we have to use some custom CSS. Please suggest.
