Shortcut keys ALT-B, ALT-N and ALT-L do not work all the time

Hi there,

Using version 4.1.5 Windows 10 Home 32-bit

I cannot get the shortcut keys to work that display up the Browser, Navigator and Log window panes. I.e. ALT-B, ALT-N and ALT-L respectively. I have confirmed that the shortcuts are defined in Tool->Preferences->Shortcut Keys. For example, with the logical diagram filling the screen, I type ALT-B and nothing happens. However, if I then close the logical diagram and type ALT-B the browser window does appear!
