Shortcut for switching Tabs?

Hi,

is there a shortcut for switching the tabs ( SQL-Worksheets, Procedure Editors, ...) e. g. Ctrl-Tab or Shift-Tab?

Wishlist:

- Copy the column-names from the heading in data view to paste it to the source code

- Mark code and convert it to lowercase

I like Raptor very much, I have a license for SQL-Nav and TOAD but don't use them anymore...
