Shockwave Plugin Crash on Apex.Oracle.com

I have a flash dial chart in a test environment on Apex.Oracle.com version 4.2.6.00.03. All of a sudden the shockwave plugin started crashing in all browsers. It seems the issue is not machine related because I use a PC and my client uses a Mac and we are both getting the same error.

Anyone know of a solution .
