shell script to Flush Shared Pool when it reaches 60-70% of it's capacity

Hi All,

Now a days we are facing the performance issue at the beginning of the day and mid of the day and resolving by flushing the Shared pool,i am looking to make it automate the Alter system flush shared pool by using the Shell script once reaches 60%.

Could any one can share the shell script for the same will be great helpful.
