sharutils package missing from Oracle Linux 7?

Hi,

I was trying to install 'uuencode' and I was not able to locate the 'sharutils' package. I even browsed through the Oracle Public Yum repo, and was not able to locate this package.

Is this package no longer available for some reason? Is there a new package that provides the 'uuencode/uudecode' programs now?

I tried 'sudo yum whatprovides ...' but no luck there either.

Help?
