Shared Service user provisioning back end table details

Hi,

I have a requirement from client for Hyperion Audit and User provisioning reports with date for internal audit purpose.

I could get audit details from HSP_AUDIT_RECORDS table. But I am unable to find user provisioning details with effective date.

In which table I can find the details of the user management activities performed through the Shared Service Console.
