shadow around undecorated/transparent stage

Hi,
do someone knows hot to put a shadow around an undecorated/transparent stage?
I tried by CSS and Scene Builder but effect seem to be ignored.

Other effects (inside the root) work, so i think the problem is the lack of the decoration.
