Shade Every Other Record in a Tabular Multi-record Data Block

I have a tabular multi-record data block and would like every other record in the data block to have a shaded background color. How would I accomplish this? (Excel spreadsheet attached that shows what I'm looking to do with an Oracle Form data block)

I do know how to control the background color of the current record but that is NOT what I'm asking.
